1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 35db website at https://35db.io and all related pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account wallet, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit bonus, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations and deadlines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all accounts.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 7 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can legally enter into binding contracts.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) whose participation would expose the Platform to undue regulatory risk.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual, company, or third party when creating or funding your account.
• You are not a current or former employee of 35db or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently barred from the 35db platform under any prior account.

35db reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of the eligibility criteria above and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation. Where fraud or misrepresentation of age is confirmed, 35db will take all steps available to recover any funds paid out in error.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money services on 35db, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Registration requires a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh and a working email address.
• You must provide your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Date of birth must be accurate and may be verified against National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

35db implements a KYC programme. You may be asked to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal or at any point the platform deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 35db will result in suspension of withdrawal access until documentation is provided.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 35db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

35db does not charge a fee on deposits. Processing fees on withdrawals, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the point of requesting a withdrawal. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

Funds deposited into a 35db account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to technical limitations. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

35db offers promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not directly withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified at the point of the offer. Where not specified, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%-20%, and sportsbook bets 100% subject to minimum odds.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 35db platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. 35db does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the user.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an active game round or bet, 35db will settle the round in accordance with the game provider's documented failure policy. Where no data is available to determine an outcome, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even where 35db has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be legally excluded.

12 Suspension & Termination

35db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and confirmed.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 35db to regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no prohibited conduct investigation is pending. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms
